Cancellations and No Shows
Appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Any notification or lack there of less than 24 hours before our meeting time will mean that you will be responsible for the full session fee of $120 (individual) or $150 (couples) REGARDLESS of what we agree of your session cost. If you have any questions regarding this, please ask to fully understand the responsibility.
Late Arrivals
If you are unable to meet at your scheduled time, we will stay within the original time slot, and you will be charged the full fee. If there is no communication or response from the client after 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered as a no call/no show. This will make the client responsible for the full fee of the session, the same policy as stated above.
